About Hena

Hen’a Yadav (Space & Soul Designer)

Redefining the Art of Dreaming , One Space, One Soul at a Time

There’s a quiet revolution unfolding in the world of design, and Hen’a Yadav is leading it with grace, depth, and imagination.

A creative turned inwards, Hen’a has spent the past two decades designing for some of the world’s most respected hospitality groups, including Marriott International and IHG Hotels & Resorts. Her work spans continents and cultures, weaving global sensibilities with the universal human need for belonging.

From the outside, her journey appears seamless with award-winning spaces, a thriving career, creative mastery. But beneath the success lived a deeper calling.

“I realised I was designing for the world’s eyes, not my own soul,” she reflects. “I wanted to create spaces that didn’t just impress. They needed to move people.”

That moment of clarity shifted everything.

She began designing not just for luxury, but for essence, meaning, emotion, and energetic alignment. She came to see that the architecture of a space and the architecture of the self, share the same foundation: truth.

Around this time, Hen’a became intrigued by the Ayurvedic concept of ama, the undigested residue that forms when something is left unprocessed. What resonated most was emotional ama: the feelings we suppress, the truths we avoid, and the parts of ourselves we disconnect from.

She saw emotional ama everywhere in creatives who felt blocked, leaders who felt disconnected, and high performers who had lost their inner spark.

Just like stagnant energy in a room, emotional ama clutters the inner world.

This insight catalysed her next evolution.

So, she redesigned her approach to life and work.

Hen’a integrated her global design background with the study of human connection, earning her credentials as a transformational coach through JSCS Coaching School. This blend of artistry and psychology became the foundation of Hen’a.life, her identity studio dedicated to personal transformation through the lens of identity design and emotional clarity.

About Video

“Design isn’t only about what we see,” she explains. “It’s about what we sense. Every colour, texture, and detail carries energy. When you align that energy with intention, spaces become mirrors for the soul.”

Today, Hen’a guides individuals, leaders, and creative teams to design from within, whether they’re shaping a hotel, a brand, or a new phase of life. As Principal at Stickman Tribe, London, she continues to elevate hospitality design with empathy, storytelling, and cultural authenticity.

Her philosophy draws deeply from her Buddhist practice, rooted in the belief that environments reflect our inner state. Through her coaching, workshops, and creative collaborations, Hen’a helps people clear emotional ama, reconnect with their inner architecture, and transform disconnection into clarity, and pressure into purpose.

About 3

Hen’a’s journey is a reminder that true luxury isn’t found in things.

It is found in space: space to breathe, to feel, to create, and to come home to oneself.

Her mantra is simple but transformative:

Unmask. Redesign. Reignite.

Step into the best version of yourself and design a life that feels like home.

Because for Hen’a Yadav, design has never been just about buildings.

It’s about building being.
